Help me Identify this artwork

Hello, I’m posting here today to see if anyone can help me categorize this and maybe share some information. I picked it up at a local good will because it looked interesting. I haven’t been able to find any information on it though, I’ve included close ups of the artist signature. The wolf or dog , seems to be raised up. It doesn’t appear to be drawn. Any information could be super helpful. Once again thank you to everyone taking the time , I appreciate it.
