Vintage LP album

Hello I have this old record in my collection, just noticed how old it is, I wonder if it’s rare , I wonder if it is a first or early copy. I’m thinking how’s the best way to get rid of these records. And am thinking maybe a Record Fair as that’s where I’m guessing dealers go to find gems that they might like. Can’t be bothered with eBay.
