This was a cute little artifact I saved from the dreaded SCRAP MAN
Small size and must be fairly old. Slotted Bolt Heads and Square Nuts
Must be "Pressed Steel" construction
Tires are solid and still on the bugg Lots of cracks showing age
There are 3 wooden beads on the cross bar for your little friend to play with. Not rusty and my guess original finish.?
