This musical automata clock was made by Emilian Wehrle in Furtwangen, Germany C. 1875.
On the hour the life-size feathered song bird sings one of two bird songs.
The bird has automation to his head, beak and tail which move in perfect sequence to the song.
The walnut case is wonderful carved with a very unusual motif.
