Nice old 10 1/2 inch brass and silver plate dish. Decorated with a flower on one end and a frog on the other. Marked on back, I think it might be Japanese but unable to figure out the mark. Seems old, maybe art nouveau period or earlier. Any help with identifying it would be great thanks for looking.
