Old wide Cuff Bracelet -- Is this Copper??

Old wide Cuff Bracelet -- Is this Copper?? As if I had to pick between Copper and Brass, I would say this is copper. Has the Greek key design on it. I see no marks, but it looks old to me. YOUR thoughts on it. I have a real old gold cuff bracelet (posted a long time ago) and this is much like the hinge on it. I know this in not gold, but for age looks very old. Any ideas on it
