Bottle says it's Crystal E Speaker made in Fort Wayne - I know Fort Wayne made a lot of bottles but what is Crystal- is that the company who made it, is that the product name - I assume it's a soda bottle but any info on this would be appreciated
Also as you can tell from pics bottle has issues with being cloudy and dirty - any way to get this back to a nice clear bottle?
Emsien, Information about Crystal E Speaker seems a bit thin on the ground. I did find another bottle, but it seems newer than yours, or maybe just in better condition:

One 6 1/2oz. Crystal; 2-color ACL (applied color label) soda pop bottle with green and white label on clear glass. Bottle is from Owens-Illinois dated 1955. Label is perfect (looks bleached out on photos, but paint is perfect.) There is some casewear on embossed lettering.

As to cleaning yours, you might consider soaking it in a solution of Barkeepers Friend.
No guarantees, but one of our regulars here at Collectors Weekly Show & Tell (dav2no1) had great success in cleaning up glass insulators using that method, e.g.:
