Help Identifying Bohemia Champagne Flute with Gold Mesh Rim

Hello, I'm looking for help identifying this vintage champagne flute, possibly made by Bohemia between 1950–2000. It has a distinct wide gold band at the top with a diamond mesh (net-like) pattern between two thin gold lines. The glass itself is tall and slightly flared at the rim.

I've searched for similar designs but haven't found an exact match. Does anyone recognize this pattern, or know the collection or series it belongs to?
