Slag Glass Westmoreland Turtle Paperweight or Figurine

This is a Westmoreland glass Turtle figurine or paperweight. I usually see these "frosted" in the usual colors. Occasionally glossy ones turn up. This one has the slag look. It is a combination of red orange and a lighter color just underneath the surface. I believe it can be seen in the pictures. if you've ever seen one like this, please let me know.
