Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely gemstone which is not like any others , looks very sparkly, and must have been stunning in a ring at 5.10ct.

Based on how it is photographing, mainly purple with glints of magenta & peacock blue, it looks to me like a lab grown color change sapphire, sometimes mistakenly IDed as synthetic alexandrite. If this is correct, the stone will look different under different light sources. Incandescent, daylight fluorescent & UV all bring out different colors.
