Murano Art Glass Bird Sculpture by Who

I acquired this from an estate and it has a partial sticker that is partly eligible. I see 'Murano' but can't read the rest. One of the pictures has a black light shining on it and it's obvious it's uranium glass. Also the writing on the sticker that's on the base doesn't show up hardly but does better with black light. So anyway, If someone could please help identify artist and possible era it was created and any other info then I would be grateful. Thanks in advance.
