As a lover of the unusual I just had to buy this bowl. It is hand made with an impressed makers mark. The horses were drawn on the bowl with a sharp tool and glazed afterwards. There is some kind of script carved above the horses but I can’t make it out. I thought the horses looked mid century and are simply stunning. It is 18” long x 12” wide x 3 1/2” tall. Any thoughts on the bowl? Has anyone ever seen the impressed makers mark?
