So Lustreware, huh?
Google Lens found a similar Carlton Ware piece in the same shape and decor. The site suggests that it's of circa 1940s vintage:

In fact, I see quite a bit of that Carlton Ware shape out there, but so far only two pieces in that same decor.

Not a whole lot out there. :-(
So, assuming (yeah) that it's genuine, it can't be older than 1926 because that style of backstamp was registered in 1926).
As to the 1940s vintage per that one website, dunno how they arrived at that opinion.
As to the name of the pattern, it might not have a name other than 4277. A lot of china patterns don't have anything more than a numerical name.
I found that characterization of the finish as "Lustre" interesting. It really doesn't look like lustreware to me.
Many thanks, that's wonderful information. Seems to be a rare pattern - it does have a slight sheen to it, but not what would normally be considered lustreware, quite right. Intriguing amount of marks too - guess it relates to painting by hand.
Carol777, You're very welcome, I'm sorry that I couldn't find more.
Interesting about your perception of a sheen.
I never thought about the possibility of some of those back marks having to do with
hand-painting.
BTW, I do think your piece isn't counterfeit, because it it were, I should think we'd see more pieces than three.
The reality is probably that there are indeed more, but they're still in people's attics, cellars, etc.
