    Is this authentic currency for the time and how to tell if rare and the going appraisal accurate and where I might find a interested buyer

      It appears your bill is fake as the serial numbers are listed. But understand there is one real bill that uses that serial number. So it still needs to be looked at. But more than likely fake.
