Revolutionary War officer or calvary ammo pouch ?

I think it is a revolutionary war officers or calvary ammo pouch because it is so small . It is very poor condition, but the British coat of arms is complete , even though it has lost its plating . Unfortunately I don't have any history . You can only imagine what it has been through . I think I got it at the Lake Worth flea market .
