I can’t seem to find information on this anywhere. I’m guessing it’s a Hazel Atlas depression era either small cake stand or compote. It’s cobalt blue, about 7” across x 4 1/2” tall.
Any help would be appreciated.

Unless and until, I ran one of your pictures through Replacements dot com, and it suggested Hazel-Atlas pattern Aurora Cobalt Blue as a possibility:

I don't see a cake stand/compote listed in that pattern, but that might be because they haven't had one in their possession yet.
You might want to edit your post and add a picture of the top of the cake stand.
