Large oval coral cabochon

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely coral from a scrap for the gold ring, wondering if anyone can tell me more, I don’t know what kind it is, it’s 24.45 ct so big, maybe from a statement Ring or a Brooch. I would take it Hatton garden, but got offered £10 for a 2ct sapphire last time so, no point, wasting time . Be interesting to hear what someone who knows exactly what it is and what to do with it thinks.
