An Oberleutnant would be the equivalent of a 1st Leutnant in the American. He could be a company commander if they were low on higher officers or lead a platoon. He is fairly well armed so not a staff officer.
The weapons here are highly detailed with working action and removable magazines. The figure is 1/6 scale the same as GI Joe.
