Antique pearl

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely pearl that came with stones from gold rings that had melted down, I was looking at someone online talking about natural pearls , and that the only way is to take them to be X-ray, she was talking about antique rings and ones with gold shanks and surrounded by diamonds, this looks like it came from the kind of rings she was talking about. The melter would have definitely scrapped the gold and sold the diamonds. Tossed the pearl into the box, which is what he said he used to do.
