Antique string of pearls

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this string of pearls, it’s set on silk and very very long, not sure what type of pearls they are,but they look good. Remember reading years ago that Victorian pearls was worn like this so assumed that this was and just put it in a box . This was a very early find for me.
