Small pottery vase. Most likely mid 20th century made in Germany, purchased second hand in Potsdam near Berlin (DDR provenance).
AI offers contradictory answers although impressed mark is very distinctive (TS or ST within urn cartouche). Vase with the same mark (3 and 4) is offered on Pomono and described as Vintage German Sculptural Ball-Shaped Vase with Flow Glaze, 1960s. There were hundreds of independent art pottery studios in both German states at the time. Both examples show excellent glaze and clean minimalist shape.
Price in pencil DM 7, either West German or DDR currency.
