Antique necklace

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this necklace, I found it well over 10 years ago but have no idea how old it is or where it’s from. Looks like it’s covered in verdigris, looks like some kind of early plastic & no idea what the metal is as never cleaned it as didn’t think it was worth anything till now.
