Produced for roughly five years the Vendo 80 is a great looking machine. The early versions were all red, and later versions were painted with the typical two-tone paint scheme - White top - Red Bottom.
The Vendo 80 is a great machine that is almost identical in size to the V-39 and the V-81. Also, some machines came with textured aluminum plates on both sides of the coin door.
The absence of a crank handle tells us that it came equipped with an electric coin mechanism that required no mechanical assistance to vend sodas..
It came embossed with "Drink Coca-Cola in Bottles on the top. Down below it was embossed "Vendo" in lower left. On the sides the words "Have a Coke" were painted on. Enjoy and thanks for looking. pappabear135@comcast.net

He's not on... yet. So really don't bother asking.
That is a nice coca-cola machine lonewolf21.
Since watching that Twilight Zone episode as a child, I've been afraid of Charlie and idiots like him. But really cool! https://geometry-dashonline.io
What a fantastic overview of the Vendo 80! It's always fascinating to learn about the subtle differences between vintage machines, like the early all-red versions versus the later two-tone paint schemes and the textured aluminum plates. The detail about the electric coin mechanism is particularly interesting – it really highlights the design advancements of the time. This article makes me think about how these classic designs could inspire modern digital art, perhaps even by using a tool like https://image2pixel.org to transform photos of these machines into cool retro pixel art for avatars or sprites!
As an enthusiast, I find the Vendo 80’s shift from all-red to a two-tone scheme a beautiful evolution of mid-century design. Its electric coin mechanism operates with a rhythmic precision that reminds me of the fnf game, where the Boyfriend competes against all opponents to win the Girlfriend's love by staying perfectly in sync. This machine is a classic "all-star" in any collection, hitting all the right notes for vintage soda fans.
