This is a free form top on pressed candle stick. Intaglio was a glass company in Alton, MO. in the 80's and 90's. They had several Westmoreland molds but mostly did blown glass in apple wood molds and free hand work. Paperweights and eggs were a speciality. Their impressed mark was a flame. They did a ton of subcontract work for Fenton. Especially Fenton Burmese Glass. Many people are shocked to find out that Fenton sub contracted some of their work. They did to save money. Intaglio was non unionized and did not run every day.
