Pale yellow or cream milk glass with silver crest.

These are not by Fenton - they are Victorian art glass, either English or Bohemian origin. Fenton never made any pieces with applied decoration like these acanthus leaves.
Agreed. Most definitely not Fenton.
Expose them to a uv light and see what happens.
