    I am very new at collecting vintage/antique items, but I am so hooked!! I need to learn alot still, but hopefully some day it will be easier!! I came across this vase and I think its vintage carnival tree trunk 9 and a half inches tall, but thats all I know. After looking at other vases of this type I havent seen one that has this many ruffles on the top rim. Could someone help me...maybe a name, maker and how old it is? Thanks so much!! Barbara

      Hello im sorry but this is Not a Tree Trunk, this is a Fenton Rustic Vase from the early 1900s some of them had tight crimped tops such as this example and others did not have as much ruffling
