Pilot's / Aircrew Survival Knife - Camillus - Viet Nam

This is a knife that I remember seeing fairly regularly when I was a teenager.
Well made ones like this Camillus and cheaper copies.

This one marked in ballpoint pen on the back of the scabbard with owners name, South East Asia, Thailand, May 1966 to May 1967, Air Rescue.
