Can any one tell me more about this, what year it is, maybe what its worth? I know its a Keystone viewer, and the cards are 1-26 WW1 series, all in really good condition. Is there a market for this?

Hello, first the item in question is called a stereopticon and second you have it assembled incorrectly. In the second picture, the bar on the left is upside down. The little metal "holders" should be upright when you hold the stereopticon by the wood handle.
The viewer would retail about 30 to 50 bucks at an antique mall. That is in good condition with both glass eyepieces and the rest in good order.
The cards are not the ones most collectors desire, as these sets produced after 1900 are far too common. A dealer would probably offer about .25 each and hope to sell for $1.50 to 2.50. That is just the reality of the marketplace. There is the remote possibility that one or two cards are uncommon and be worth more. However it would be up to you to research eBay and put up an auction yourself.

Found in most late 19th and early 20th century houses, looking at stereoviews was a favorite parlor past time of the era.
