I don't recognize the case, dial, hands or movement. It was nice of them to tell us this is a clock, though, wasn't it? :) Have you looked at the front plate of the movement behind the dial? Sometimes manufacturing/maker's stamps are located there. It looks like a well made clock. You would think someone would want to take credit for it. Sorry I can't help. Perhaps someone will recognize it. In the meantime, please let us know if you find any addition information to go on. Regards.

Looked everywhere, except the back plate of the movement. Sides of the case appear to have a thin layer of adamatine, but not as thick as a seth would have. Also,it appears the case has a top and bottom piece missing.

Ah...back movement plate, not the front...thank you. There might be something there. This does not look like a Seth Thomas to me, and to my knowledge they did not use Adamantine on these type of column cases. The size proportion of the pendulum bob to clock face is unfamiliar and I note that there are six screw holes around the dial cut out and three relatively modern phillips head screws currently used to hold the dial in place. Also the lock cam on the strike side is black (painted brass?), so this may be a marriage of clock components. There were many more clock "assemblers" than there were actual clock makers. Whoever put it together did a nice job. Please let us know what you find. Thanks!
