      It's a wood case mantel clock in the style called "O.G.", or "OGEE". This clock is probably from circa 1870s-1880s.

      Value depends upon condition and whether it is a 30-hour or 8-day movement.

      You can do some research on the internet for current Waterbury Ogee prices.

      Ebay also lists results of the last 90 days. See:
