I bought this vase at a flea market for 5$ there are no marks except a etched 13 on the bottom..see pic. I found another online http://www.rubylane.com/item/559708-R548/Stunning-Bohemian-Moser-Art-Glass which looks almost exact but with different marks..Any help is appreciated...Thanks

It's not Moser. I think these are actually Legras.

Hi linda .... Great snowy knows her stuff. I'd go with her attribution. Cartainly looks like the same type of rococo decor.
