The details in those tiny dogs are exquisite. Does someone know what they're made of? bisque? bone china?... And who made them? English?

I'm no dog expert, but they don't really look right for dalmatians to me. The spots, colors and body shapes seem off a little.

I'm thinking Japan or Taiwan. Is there any number or marking on any of the figurines?

I looked around here for awhile with no luck, you might do better:
