My father was a delegate at the Democratic National Convention in 1980 and campaigned for Jimmy Carter. In the second photograph you can see a picture of him shaking hands with the President at the White House. I was wondering if these old posters had any value. We have tons of them, from every election since.

Well you got to remember the date isnt what is important, its the event. So it may have value to collectors. Try finding a collectors site.
