1/4 Sawn Oak mirror circa 1900, but SAD SAD STORY!!! 2 oil lamps changed to electric

This is sad story. When I was growing up this was oil painting of Lab. Dog, kind of dark brown dog with pheasant in his mouth. I will never forget it. The dog eyes looked professional, like he did a good days work, content. When I was in high school I came home from school and it was a Mirror! I asked my mom Where is dog? She said it was depressing painting and she threw away! She said Do you like the mirror? Yeah it is ok. Now I wish I had painting. Also lamp hanging was changed by mom for electricity as was other one in photo, it is kind of nice also, I think milk glass painting, "cabin in snow" scene my mom called it. toracat
