      I've removed those wooden bases before for a simpler look - should be relatively easy if you like the lamp by not the foot.

      This is Gorgeous,artislove, its just the sort of thing I'd love to come across. I like that its a lamp, Art Deco & marked.

      But why remove its foot? Isn't it original?
