An old pill box I believe. I think it could be russian, kinda neat on how it goes together with 3 different compartments, any ideas on this piece? the maker or age? seems to be silver

What makes you think Russian? I don't think Russia ever used Chinese han characters...
Yes it is silver, its made out of coins, see? Probably .800 or .900
