My neighbor bought this clock from a antique dealer in London..he was told that it came from the Napolean Third Era..we don't know anything about it other than its a beautiful piece..on the back it has a collection O art stamped in it..would love it if we could get more info on it..thank you in advance for taking the time to help me out..
