    Hello,
I just picked this up, thought it might be Scandinavian but I'm not sure.
She holds a little vase to her chest that could fit a flower. It's kind of awkward, kind of sweet, with some simply glazed areas. There are some nice details, the eyes have painted eyelashes, she holds a long pony tail, the glaze on the dress is applied in a vertical stripe.
The bottom's covered with felt flocking which I haven't removed,....maybe it hides a mark?
It definitely has that mid century vibe.

    Thanks, Tony.

Anxious to see what the base looks like, but you may get an ID w/o having to pull the felt. If no ID in a couple of days, pull the felt and add pics of the base, even if unmarked. One question, is the base flocked or felt covered. If it's flocked (sprayed with glue then either dipped in or sprayed with flocking) it's unlikely to be marked. If it's covered with glued-on felt "cloth", at least there's a chance for a mark.
I'm getting a mid-century Scandinavian vibe off it.

I have one by the same artist! The girl is on her side with her hand on her cheek and the vase in her other hand on her hip. Her glaze is blue stripes and her hair is in a little bun. I was thinking danish. I will post a picture soon. I was researching mine and found yours! So cute!

Thank You Mandy Jane! I'm happy to hear that there's another member of this family out there. I also thought Danish and look forward to seeing yours.
      Thanks again for the comment,
      Tony.
