This is beautiful Kosta signed vase with floral etching decoration. Its also quite heavy!

9 inches tall
I am looking to see if anyone might be familiar with this example and advise me as to what artist designed it for Kosta? I think its 1940's but again, I might be wrong so please let me know if you are familiar with this example.
