This is an antique silverplated oyster ladle with the "Charter Oak" pattern by 1847 Rogers Bros (International Silver), which was discontinued back in 1906. It measures approximately 9 1/2" (24.1 cm) in length & weighs 4oz (116 grams). The back is marked "1847 Rogers Bros XS Triple" along with their symbol.
