Milky Way and Mars bars are here Down Under too! I've learnt today that Mars bars are related to Whiskas! I never knew they were developed in the USA. I'd always thought they were a British invention. I also know now about US versions of Mars bars. 1932?

Australia has so many different types of Mars sweets. Lite, Lava, Chili, Rocks, Honeycomb, Vanilla, Red, XXX, and so on. We even fry them in batter!
    In Australia we love 'em.
The battered ones I have never tried, but it happens!
