Amberina Meets Milk Glass

I think this vase is amberina over milk glass (is there such a thing?), It is mainly golden yellow blending dark to orange around the neck with just s splash of blue and red on the side. The most amazing part is the swirl pattern on the sides that looks like smoke - so delicate and ephemeral and yet as hard as glass! The clear handles are beautifully made and the whole thing appears to have been hand blown. I am not sure of the age - I got it at an antique shop a few years ago. Anyone seen anything like this before?
