Got this necklace a while back at an estate sale; unknown pearls origin or what these are called. Went on internet and found pearl necklaces run from $90 grand to .99 cents. These are some form of vintage pearl nacre. Anyone know the origin or style; thin chain with no clasp, 60 inches long but fits in the palm of my hand. unknown.

Same sale as the jade earrings just listed. Big Cadillac for sale too, but way out of my price range. Forgot I even had them and found them in my nightstand. Safe place because I never open the drawer?

Definitely real pearls, but the thing with pearls is shape. Odd-shaped pearls (baroque) are a dime-a-dozen, and usually used in cheaper jewelry. In terms of value, its not very high

Thanks Stillwater; The shapes are round and bullet but tiny compairing ebay pearls; plus the colour is more pink then off white. Strange little pearls; the photo in my hand is under a desk lamp 100 watt bulb which made them more white. Put the old clip on earrings next to necklace to show strange colour. Size and colour were what caught my eye; tiny little pinkish pearls. There are round and pear shaped ones, but it was the colour that was what shocked me. Never seen pinkish blue pearls.

Wait a minute, I just looked at them closely, are all of the bullet-shaped ones exactly the same shape? I didn't look at the full-size image before. They're actually not real... They wouldn't be exactly the same bullet-shape like that. They're beads, sorry :(

Using a magnifying glass the bullet shaped ones have some kind of tool marks like they were squished into that shape; not exactly the same, drill holes are center on some, others off center, flattened to some degree but seem to have inconsistency; real hard to tell they are so tiny. Load a closeup of a fat one and skinny one.
