I looked through all my reference books on Candle-holders/Candlesticks and was unable to find a similar one or who could have made this very DECO candle-holder. Would anyone know? It measures 8 1/4" across, 7 3/4" tall and has a 5" base. Thanks everyone, RER (LOUMANAL)

THANK YOU Hedgewalker! No wonder I couldn't find it in my N. American reference books! So it's made by Libochovice, their # 1686 pattern patented in the 30's and was called "MALVERNE". That's GREAT! RER (LOUMANAL) PS: Thanks for the love to you and Moonstonelover21.

You are welcome but this one was imported from Czech for Jeanette in 1975.The other one was patented in the 30s.
