Found next to drive into our camp in Western PA. I've been driving and walking by this location for 48 years (ok maybe 42) and all of a sudden there it is. Unearthed by the brutal winter of 2013. Paint appears to be ceramic and center is a reflector made of thick red glass (broken). I have done a little web-searching and have not found anything like it. Have you? RMohnkern @ MSN.com
