Ceramic decanters - curious about history and value

My mother gave these to me. They came from her mother's home in Pennsylvania and are likely from the early 1900's. As family memory items I'm curious about how they were used and when - anything that might help me connect them to my family history in place and time. Any rough estimates of value would also be appreciated in case they need to be insured. - Thank you! Michael
