The tag is 1 and 1/2 inch long, 3/4 inch wide , it had no writing on the back, on the top edge of metal says State Of New York, bottom edge says Fishing LIcense the paper in the middle says

from wehat i found it is made by Abercrombie and Fitch , thye made several tags liek this to be sold as necklaces, bummer
