Picked this vintage cooler today while scoring an old bike. The only identifying marks a the roached label on the in side of the lid and was not a promo/ad cooler, so I'm stumped on the maker. Painted to look like a suite case, I'm guessing just an off brand carry cooler. Any help on year or maker?

When I looked at your pictures I had another thought. I am old enough to remember when doctors made house calls. You never knew Doc Harwood but he had a thing just like this he carried medicine in that needed to be kept cool. He use to take us kids with him on house calls and sometimes the ride was a blast. That was before seat belts were invented.
