    No other markings.serial number 10084.
    I do not know what company or person made it.

      Looking at No. 26 The Complete Guide to Watches, page 576, you watch is very similar to illustration 45.
      Lever Escapement, Key Wind, Key Set, bar style movement with a curved barrel bridge, silver, 46-52mm, open face, circa 1830-1850.
      It does not mention the maker.
      I'm not an expert. Just matching up movement styles.
      The case appears to be missing the bow.
