I think I bought these separately but really can't remember. Ant help? I guess they look like letter openers., but the rings on them make them look like they were worn! Any help and comments appreciated

I have one nearly identical to the top one, a souvenir brought back from a trip to Israel by my brother in the 1960s. Yep, it is a letter opener.
